Description: Lancer Launch is a dynamic middle school transition program for rising 6th graders. The program is designed and led by student leaders, selected through an application process. Students know best the emotions and anxiety experienced during this crucial transition period. Allowing them to have a voice in welcoming students into the LMS family has created a sense of community that has permeated throughout the building. We look forward to having our students talk with the community about their important work.
