Our mission is to engage students in learning experiences that result in meeting or exceeding grade level standards. One of the ways we do this is by providing students with various opportunities throughout the day to demonstrate their thinking through metacognitive reflections. In kindergarten through fifth grade classrooms, students can be heard discussing their thinking whether they are learning about reading, writing, math, science, history and social science. No matter which grade level or what content our students are learning about, they are reflective thinkers!
