One of my favorite jobs in the whole world is what I call being a servant leader. It basically means you find an incredible, creative, fabulous group of people; you cast a BIG vision−and little did we realize how big a vision ‘The Lion King’ was going to be−and then you set them free to do what they do best. What you’re going to see tonight would not have happened without all of these people.
