What drives me as a person is my belief in God and my family. I have four grandsons who are coming through the Virginia Beach system. I’m a product of Virginia Beach and I just wanted to make sure they had the great experience I had: teachers who reached out and saw them for what they were and the potential that they have. Not that they’re perfect, but they have the opportunities.
