When I was at the audition for the school’s talent show, it was kind of exciting and kind of creepy because I hadn’t done it yet and I was afraid I would forget the words and get stage fright. I have done other things for the school, like Reflections, but I really wasn’t performing in front of other people like what I would be doing in a talent show.
What was the name of your act?
The Greatest Show. I was the circus king in act No. 1. I was supposed to sing a song. The first song of the actual movie – “The Greatest Showman.” It was really fun.
What would you tell other people who get nervous?
I would tell them don’t be afraid. If you do your best, it will all turn out. And, if you do your best, you will always be a winner.
