Students and teachers need to get to know one another before any of the successes of the year can take place. In a digitization of the classic ‘About Me’ activity, students at Bettie F. Williams worked with their language arts teacher and instructional technology specialist to create a PicCollage using the iPads in the first few days of school. The application allowed students to showcase various interests, activities and characteristics of themselves to their teacher in a creative way. Teachers enjoyed making their own as well.
